Welcome to the XXI Adults Project!
Learning is not only about schools. In an era of rapid technology advancement and knowledge distribution, education is a lifelong process that provides individuals with skills that will help them better their employment chances and address a wide range of difficulties in an ever-expanding digital reality. The XXIAdults project intends to address this need for lifelong learning by providing adult education centers with the information, strategies, digital skills, and resources that meet the needs of 21st-century adult learners.
Through carefully designed guides and institutional plans, and modern adult training proposals, the project aims to equip adult education workers but also adults over 50 with reduced digital skills to upgrade their qualifications to meet the needs of the modern labor market and digital society.
XXI adults now have their needs met in the context of a quite promising project!
Target Groups
This project is designed to address the specific needs of both educational professionals and adult learners. By engaging key actors in adult education and focusing on vulnerable adults aged 50–75 with limited digital skills, the initiative aims to foster inclusive, accessible, and empowering learning experiences for all.
