A modern educator should develop three key areas of competence:
📚 Subject competencies, which means he should have knowledge of such things. learned content
🎯 Methodological competencies, meaning he should be able to design his trainings in an engaging and motivating way
💻 Digital competence, which means he should be able to use digital platforms and tools, create educational content online, conduct blended learning classes
As part of the Adults XXI project
