Regular communication between partners plays a key role in the successful fulfillment of obligations arising from participation in a European project. Following this basic principle, the XXIADULTS project, in addition to the kick-off meeting held in Valladolid, Spain, organizes monthly online meetings of the partners to monitor work progress, address emergent issues, answer partners’ questions, carefully and regularly check activity progress and quality, and maintain contact and creative collaboration. The second TPM was held in Sarajevo in September 2025, with the participation of the organizations of the consortium and the aim of checking the work that has already been done and carefully planning the next steps, which will ensure the smooth progress and completion of the project on schedule.
